"Spirit of Style"My Name is Cheryl Dilley.  Welcome to Spirit of Style the place to share ideas and get tips on how to use your Spirit of Style to be who you want to be.  I have always loved fashion, clothes, shoes, shopping.  I love to find new things that make me feel great and confident.  I spend a great deal of time coaching women on how to express themselves through the Spirit of Style.  I can go from a “stuffy” corporate look to Rock Chic without thinking twice.  But I always think about the image I want to portray day to day based on who I’m meeting and what my activities are.  Even if I’m just working at my desk, a pair of jeans is great but I will pair it will an expression of my style that takes it to a level beyond comfort to sassy.

I am the mother of 3 wonderful boys and have been married to my best friend for 20 years.  I am the only girl in the house.  But I have the toughest critics who want to be seen with the cool Mom, not the one who has to drop the child off in the back alley to not be seen.  I hope that you share your thoughts and tips that work for you to help others.  Thanks for being here.

Here is what my resume says about my 20 years experience in working for a leading edge technology company:

  • Professional with 20 years of program management and leadership experience growing high performing teams, driving significant cost savings and leading complex transformation shifts across a global multi-billion dollar technology company.
  • Respected leader of transformation teams, event planning teams and employee development organizations. Conceptualize and orchestrate programs focused on technology leaps, cost savings, productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Expert in creating the vision for future growth, driving the strategy and executing corporate wide initiatives.
